My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2022

Hey Actifitters,

Since yesterday I once again wasn't able to sleep much, I took advantage of the fact I was not asleep very early in the morning and we went for a walk to the forest with the dogs before the heat.

With all the rain we had, it was very muddy in the woods, which is what the dogs prefer I guess!

After our walk and a few other things, I actually went back to bed and kind of slept a few hours. The weather was really too hot and humid anyways. But in the evening, I finally faced the heat and went for a bike ride. As often, I made a first stop to catch the sunset.

I also stopped near the golf course for more views.

And a few miles later, I finally stopped at another one of my favorite sunset spots, near the high school running tracks and football field.

And that was it for the day. Thanks for stopping by and see you tomorrow.
