My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2022

Hey Actifitters,

I don't think Saturday could have been more routine. Got up late, a little bit of yard work, a (very) little bit of cleaning up, and of course the only activity worth mentioning, a longish walk with the dogs. Unlike the past few days, the weather was really grey, so we just went to the forest.

I hope it's not just wishful thinking, but I feel like Genepi is getting some of his energy back, he even played a bit with Kaia.

I lied, there was another activity: I finally went for a run, it had been almost a month since the last one! That was tough but it felt good.

And that was it for this very normal day. As always, thanks for stopping by and see you tomorrow.
