My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2023
Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday was a bit grey overall, but we had a few sunny moments like the cover picture. I had to work a bit in the morning, but in the afternoon we went on a long walk with Sam again.
We even walked by the basketball courts where I used to play as a kid many many years ago. They changed a bit but surprisingly not so much.
Then we found another open field so Sam could run like the wind!
We followed the highway to get back, and I was amazed at how well these walls reduce the sound. I wish they'd try something like that in the US.
And finally I was hopeful for a sunset, but it was just a wall of clouds.
To finish the day, we paid a quick visit to my brother for his birthday. After this walk, we deserved some cake and a few drinks!
