My Actifit Report Card: March 2 2023

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday was really a routine day in terms of activity, but I tried to stay as active as possible during the work day, pacing and stepping during meetings especially. The main activity once again was a long night walk to the forest with Kaia. These pictures are a bit deceiving because in reality it was completely dark.

Almost as soon as we got there, she went after something, probably deer. I couldn't see where she went for several minutes. When she finally came back, she of course got scolded and had to stay in a down/stay position for quite a while after that, even though other animals were clearly still in the area.

We walked a long time, because I really needed the steps.

But once again, I had to run around the yard for a while before midnight, in order to reach the 30k steps I needed to pass the bar. Barely, but success!
