Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday was even hotter than the day before, so I got up even earlier. Being awake before Noon on a Sunday is very unusual for me! And again, we went to the forest with Kaia, to enjoy the shade.
Even in the shade, it was getting warm already. Can you see this tongue hanging out...
Kaia found an elevated point to scan the entire area, but didn't find anything interesting.
So we kept walking in the greens of the forest and the blue of the sky.
The rest of the afternoon was fairly quiet. Like you probably got it already, I really don't like the heat. But we did spend time on the deck, me drinking espressos, and Kaia staring at Le Chat, probably hoping she'd play with her.
But she forgot about Le Chat laziness! I know most cats are lazy, but she's gotta be one of the laziest!
In the evening, when the temperature finally started to drop a bit, we went for a second walk, with the hopes to catch the sunset again.
It was a bit cloudy, but still colorful.
And finally, one last stop in the forest as it was getting really dark.
And that was it. In spite of the bad weather (yes I call hot weather bad, even if sunny, I just really don't like it), we managed to stay quite active.

😎Awesome activity my friend it was sunny in my neck of the woods as well but it was not too hot, it is funny that people complain about it being too hot when it is, but i think your the first person i know to label it bad weather.

Thanks a lot! I guess everything is relative. For me, anything above 65F (~ 18C) is already too hot, so these days it's just way too hot!! Plus our bodies are not ready for it, since there was a frost advisory just a few days ago. But we make the best of it!

LeChat and Kaia are both so adorable. :D Our kitties tend to sleep all the time too. They're wide awake when it's meal time though. Then, they bug me till I feed them. LOL! After that, off to sleep again. :P lucky pets :D happy midweek!

I'd say somewhere between 1pm and 3pm usually. Note that I tend to go to bed very late on week ends, very rarely before 5am, even when I'm not doing anything special. Even on weekdays actually, like today, it's almost 3am and I'm nowhere close to bed...

Just like temperature, early is also relative I guess. 9am on any day is early for me! But so far I managed to maintain a walk in the morning with Kaia every day since Sunday. Let's see how it goes as there's no cool down on the horizon.
