My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2025

Hey Actifitters,

Nice sunny day yesterday, which of course means we spent as much time as possible in the yard. As you can see, the grass in the backyard is still tall, it will wait until the week end I guess. It's not easily visible from the street, so hopefully nobody from the City will see it.

It's perfect for Le Chat to hide though, and yawn as much as she wants!

Until Kaia joins in of course.

The day was a bit different because I had to prep for a minor procedure the next day, and that involved an only clear liquids diet and other things. Anyways, that meant it was a good idea to stay not too far from home, which is why we only went to the small forest behind the front yard.

Kaia was on the hunt of course.

But she missed something, and luckily I saw it before she caught its scent.

I didn't want to bother these deer while they were relaxing, so we went the other way and Kaia never knew! On the way out of the forest, without any surprise, we found Le Chat. She sometimes follows us deep into the forest.

But it was time for a little jumping. From the obstacle, Le Chat looked at her sister like she was a judge in an Olympic event. I think Kaia deserved a 10!

Then we walked a little bit more in the neighborhood. Again, never more than a few minutes from home, but in many directions.

And that was it for the fun part of the day. In the end, almost 20k steps again, I was expecting less. With that procedure on Thursday, it should be significantly less, but we'll try and get back above 20k this week end.
