My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2025

Hey Actifitters,

We took it easy in the morning yesterday (the need to be awake so early was already disturbing to me!). So we just spent time chilling in the yard.

That's where Kaia and Le Chat are the happiest! As usual, every time Le Chat seemed to have found something, Kaia was like 'lemme see, lemme see...'

When the doc office called me to push my procedure a little later and at a different facility, I thought we had plenty of time to visit behind the front yard as well.

We stayed near the edge of the small forest though. That's already enough for Kaia to get lost in the tall weeds!

But she always finds her way back of course.

Even with the delays, I was back home from the hospital with still lots of time in the day (BTW, the screening found everything was normal, all good!). So after a little down time in front of the TV, I decided we'd go for another short walk. But when I saw the sunset was coming soon, I couldn't resist, let's walk to the golf course.

The sunset there is always great.

With of course one of my favorite sunset views near the golf course entrance.

We continued a little bit further North for a few more views and finally walked back home.

In the end, around 3 more miles added to the day's total. I guess that wasn't exactly the 'quiet evening' recommended in the discharge papers, but that was cool. And that got me just above 15k steps, way more I thought I'd get and not that far from a normal day.
