My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2025
Hey Actifitters,
I arrived back in Detroit very early yesterday with a red eye flight. When I made it back home, Le Chat immediately jumped out of one of her hiding spots and was very vocal for once. But after she got some food, back to her normal activities, as if she didn't stay almost a week by herself.
Later in the morning, I picked up Kaia from the boarding place and as every time she stayed there, she was very eager to leave from there. Back home, we proceeded to inspect the state of the fall colors in the yard. Still a few left.
But more and more trees are fully bare now.
With the mostly grey weather, and the very little sleep I managed to get in the plane, it wasn't easy to get the motivation for our daily walk. But we went to the small forest behind the front yard.
Kaia was very busy looking for new scents and eating tall weeds.
We didn't walk a long time, but when we came back, it was already the last pink hues of the sunset in the sky.
Not the best picture I know, but it's the only one I could get of the sisters reuniting after a few days apart. Silly girls!
We went for another short night walk but I forgot my light, and except for the Moon, most of my photos were just bad.
That's when I realized it was the November Supermoon also called Beaver Moon. So I found the telescope for a few photos. As good as I think my phone can be with Moon shots, there was no comparison, so much better with this set up.
And that was it for the day. A very slow and mostly lazy day, probably my worst step count in so long. Last chance to extend #poprzeczka October session even further on Thursday, I doubt it can happen though.

What a lovely day despite the gray skies. It’s heartwarming to read about Kaia and Le Chat’s little reunion. The Moon photos are so beautiful too. Sometimes slow days like this are just what we need to recharge. ❤️

😍 Wow somehow I knew you'd be sharing the Beaver moon photo. Spotted it from my part of the world but I don't have the tech gadget to enhance the one taken from my mobile. 😅 It was fun seeing it from my terrace garden though. LeChat must have been hungry so she was making noise. 😆 Happy that the sisters are together again. They will enjoy exploring the yard again for sure. Happy weekend!

I guess I've become too predictable, but yes, I couldn't pass on yet another Supermoon! And the next one will also be one btw, the third in a row! It is possible !INDEED Le Chat had to fight off raccoons and other cats for her food, hence the noise when I came back. Now Kaia is back here to protect the yard from intruders, and Le Chat can relax again!

What a beautiful story of your return.
It seems that Le Chat and Kaia were happy to see you again, each in their own way.

For the record, the telescope is a small one, almost a kid model, but it's perfect just for observing the Moon, and combined with my phone, we can get pretty good shots.
