My Actifit Report Card: May 20 2026
Hey Actifitters,
More of the same yesterday. Le Chat is not injured but she shows her support to Kaia by not doing anything...
Kaia who's not supposed to do anything cannot help it. It was my fault but when I opened the door, two deer were right there in the backyard, so pain or no pain, Kaia was of course after them.
As usual they escaped before she could do anything, but she tried everything she could, looking for them long after they were gone.
Later we went to the small forest behind the front yard, that's pretty much the only place we can go now.
Le Chat of course followed us there.
It's not super interesting but while Kaia explored a bit, I just walked back and forth along the forest edge. That's only a few more steps but that's better than nothing.
And just because the sky cleared up and it looked almost like a sunset, we went for a very short walk in the neighborhood.
Even the Moon wanted to join the party!
But sunset's colors are better!
With Kaia forced to rest for at least a month, I really need to find a way to replace our daily walk. I already know Thursday will be another very low step count but I'll find a way to step it up after that.
