The HSBI referred to here are a 3rd party membership at Hive SBI, and can be checked in your peakd wallet under other services, or on the Hive SBI website at https://www.hivesbi.com

The !sbi status command lets you check your Hive SBI levels (but it is not a tip bot. You sponsor users directly using Hive and upvotes are delivered as often as individual member's pending vote balance supports it)
