Mind mend
I looked at my favourite pair of sneakers today and knew I had to do something about it. The mood has not come and I shall keep thinking about it. Soon I hope or I will lose this pair forever. My best pair that takes care of my bad knee.
I did some mopping today and my yoga stretches. Always good to do the stretches. It slows me down and at the same time work out some sweat.

How would you repair sneakers like that? Like darning socks?
I understand having a favorite set of sneekers, I always hate to get rid of them when they are getting old especially if they are still very comfortable LOL! And look what they achieved With you over 7K awesome @actifit Steps!
Yes! They are the most comfortable shoes. Even tshirts with holes. So hard to say bye bye to them. I shall try to mend these guys. Thank you @silvertop. Take care always and thank you for dropping by ever so often :)
I guess were all that way my friend, I have had T-shirts that I really love, that are falling apart and I hate getting rid of LOL!🤣
