My Actifit Report Card: December 29 2022
Today was active but not in an exercise sort of way. I went to the kiropractor because my right foot has been bugging me. Turns out that when I twisted my ankle a couple of months ago and thought it was not so bad, I actually ended up with some stiff joints. It feels better already but I am excited to test run tomorrow. After the appointment I had to take one child to get new shoes and the other one to get a passport. We haven’t been abroad much because of the pandemic but we have family living abroad who we really want to visit in 2023. Now we should all be good as far as passports go! This afternoon I have been playing on my saxophone. The picture is the evening view from my house. Can you see the moon?
