Bienvenidos a un nuevo post, en esta oportunidad les compartiré un poco lo que fue el inicio de la Vuelta al Táchira 2024 edición 59°, en esta oportunidad se celebra desde el 14 al 21 de Enero, el estado Táchira se engalana nuevamente al recibir la Feria Internacional de San Sebastián y con ella la llegada del ciclismo al estado, creo que somos el único estado de Venezuela que sale de las fiestas decembrinas para entrar en Enero a las ferias.

Esta competencia es considerada una de las más importantes de América del Sur en el ciclismo, donde una etapa binacional la hace más atractiva para los amantes de este deporte, este año cuenta con 6 equipos extranjeros, uno de ellos de España llamado Intxausti, así mismo también México se encuentra presente con un equipo llamado Petrolike, pero Venezuela no se queda atrás y como representación local participan 20 equipos.

This competition is considered one of the most important in South America in cycling, where a binational stage makes it more attractive for lovers of this sport, this year has 6 foreign teams, one of them from Spain called Intxausti, as well as Mexico is also present with a team called Petrolike, but Venezuela is not left behind and as local representation 20 teams participate.

Esta primera etapa estuvo muy emocionante, el recorrido de 150 km distribuido en 10 circuitos que conectaban al Municipio San Cristóbal y Municipio Cárdenas, el final de esta etapa fue de impacto, el ganador fue un colombiano del equipo mexicano Petrolike, sin embargo, antes de este cruzar la meta, el ciclista que iba de primero se confió y alzo los brazos 10 metros antes de la meta y el colombiano se coló por la derecho y pedaleo hasta el último momento cruzando primero la llegada.

This first stage was very exciting, the route of 150 km distributed in 10 circuits that connected the Municipality of San Cristobal and Cardenas Municipality, the end of this stage was of impact, the winner was a Colombian of the Mexican team Petrolike, however, before crossing the finish line, the cyclist who was first was confident and raised his arms 10 meters before the finish line and the Colombian slipped through the right and pedaled until the last moment crossing the finish line first.

La ciudad fue abordad desde tempranas horas por aficionados a este deporte, en familia se aglomeraban, llevaban sus cavas y sillas y pasar una mañana totalmente diferente, donde cada vuelta gritaban y apoyaban a todos los ciclistas, debo confesar que no entiendo mucho este deporte dado que en la premiación, además, de premiar al primer, segundo y tercer lugar, también entregaron otros.
