Yesterday I attended a free spinning class as it was, the inauguration of TotalFit, a new gym that includes spinning, it was an exciting and energetic event. All of us who attended enjoyed trial spinning classes, led by charismatic and motivating instructors.
During the event, special promotions were offered for new members, as well as a tour of the facilities and a presentation of the services offered by the gym. The atmosphere was festive, with music, raffles and the opportunity to meet other fitness enthusiasts. In short, it was a great opportunity to celebrate the start of a new space dedicated to wellness and physical activity, I enjoyed it very much in the company of my daughter @keritroberts and a few friends.
