My rally to Champion 2 – Battle Analysis #2

Today I will analyze a magic battle, the second in my magical rally for the Champion 2 League.

Here one of the decisive factors for my victory was the use of the Prismatic Energy card thanks to its Magic Reflect ability, which led the opponent's cards to receive a lot of additional magic damage in response to their attacks.

In this type of battle, the presence of Crustacean King and Mermaid Healer are also essential in helping our cards heal from their wounds.

Sea Genie also contributes by increasing 1 life point for all troops in our army for its Strengthen ability and this factor also makes a big difference in the outcome of the battle, causing enemy creatures to be eliminated first.

Note that the Mischievous Mermaid, despite having more offensive capacity, was the first to be destroyed due to having a lower amount of hit points, while Genie even with less damage, survived.

The attacks of my opponent's most powerful offensive card, the Ruler of Seas, for containing Blast, receive back against him not only one (from Lord Arianthus in the first position) but two inflections of magic, which also resulted in his premature death.

The only downside of this formation was that my tank, Lord Arianthus, left the scene first, but was replaced by Prismatic Energy which continued the valiant work of reflecting magic against enemies and besides has a great quantity of life.

For these reasons, I consider this battle very instructive. You need to think about several factors before choosing cards, not just choosing those that do the most damage.
