Morning Hike: May 2 2021
Hit the trail at 6 am. If I want to do the 5 peaks hike by my Birthday, I need to lengthen my weekly long hike by 1.5 miles every week.
Today, I hiked 10 miles with lots of up and downs. Got rained in as well. Glad I had a blanket in the car to keep warm on the drive home.
Rain, especially this late in the year is quite unusual here...

25k steps that's epic. I can't even member the last time I did that it was pretty much an all day event
I timed the hike :) 4 hours and 11 minutes. The hills are quite steep and I had to go slow coming down the last one since my knee started to hurt :)
Not bad! Those steep inclines can be killer when you run into them lol You don't realize how hard it is for a simple 10% incline. Hope your knee is feeling better and you have an amazing day!
