Finished this sweater last week- the knitting, not weaving in the ends yet. But I am wearing it anyway. It is still cold 🤷♀️

Wow, this turned out to be very beautiful. How many days did it take you ma? I remembered when you posted the picture of the neck the other day.
You did a great job and sorry about the weather.
Oh well, weather is just whatever it is. I am just not used to the cold anymore lol
I don't know how long it took since I did different steps at different times. I first washed all the yarns - so that was a few days until they were dry again. Then I balled them up, and when I was knitting, I had other projects going at the same time. Maybe a week?
Finally it was done. It looks so beautiful.

It's cold here too, but at least the sun has come back. We had a month of very grey skies. Overnight it is -8°C but getting above 0 during the day.

Yes, she is okay. She is on antibiotics and pain meds and will go in for surgery on Tuesday...

right now, I am working on 2 pairs of socks - one color work, one just plain knitting for when I am a passenger in a car, a cardigan with lots of cables, a Navajo weaving piece, a pegloom weaving piece, and am crocheting some dishcloths.
Coming soon booties for my sister-in-law, coasters for a friend, and a qualification sock for Sock Madness - a sock knitting competition that is lots of fun.
Also on the list is processing wool, spinning, and felting. 🤪

By the way, one of my favorite knitwear designer is in Argentina. When I am in San Diego, her designs are the best since it is much warmer there than in Northern Arizona
