Dzisiaj zabrakło kolorów, szaro i buro, a po południu znowu intensywne opady śniegu - My Actifit Report Card: December 6 2023

Today there were no colors, gray and dreary, and in the afternoon there was heavy snowfall again

Today is a bad day in every respect. Since noon, I have had a terrible headache in the back of my head, probably due to a change in blood pressure. The weather was also worse than yesterday, and so was the sports result. However, I am still within the minimum I set for myself, i.e. 10,000. steps per day.

Dzisiaj słabszy dzień pod każdym względem. Od południa doskwierał mi straszny ból głowy w okolicach potylicy, prawdopodobnie to zmiana ciśnienia. Pogoda również słabsza niż wczoraj, no i wynik sportowy również. Jednak dalej mieszczę się w minimum jakie sobie ustaliłem, czyli 10 tyś. kroków dziennie.

The weather was a bit capricious and didn't encourage me to go for walks, so I didn't have much company in the park. Warm tea in a thermos did me good at several stops during the walk.

Aura nieco kapryśna nie zachęcała do spacerów, więc w parku nie miałem specjalnie towarzystwa. Ciepła herbata w termosie dobrze mi zrobiła na kilku przystankach pod czas spaceru.

Tomorrow is another day, but it's closer to the weekend. Maybe the weather will be nicer and the headache will go away. For now I'm drinking herbal teas, maybe they will help.

Jutro kolejny dzień, ale już bliżej weekendu. Może aura będzie łaskawsza, a ból głowy ustąpi. Póki co spożywam ziołowe herbatki, może pomogą.
