Sobota pochmurna, wietrzna i chłodna - My Actifit Report Card: May 9 2026

Saturday cloudy, windy and cool

Saturday's weather was no different from yesterday. Unfortunately, it was cool, overcast, and windy at times. But thankfully, there was no rain, making it almost perfect for a walk.

Sobota nie odbiegała aurą od dnia wczorajszego. Niestety chłodno, pochmurno i czasami mocno wiało. Ale na szczęście nie było deszczu, wiec na spacer prawie idealnie.

My home and balcony gardens of various strange plants are doing well, but not perfectly. Low temperatures effectively inhibit the growth of heat-loving plants, and I have several of those. This year, I decided to plant watermelon, melon, Mexican cucumber, a vegetable called okra, and kiwano. We'll see what the results are.

Moja domowa i balkonowa uprawa różnych dziwnych roślin ma się nieźle ale nie idealnie. Niskie temperatury skutecznie hamują wegetację roślin ciepłolubnych, a mam kilka takich. W tym roku postanowiłem posiać arbuza, melona, ogórka meksykańskiego, warzywo o nazwie okra, oraz kiwano. Zobaczymy jaki będzie efekt.

The birds are doing quite well; they flew in as soon as they saw me. They seem to have become quite accustomed. Unfortunately, tomorrow will be a break because I'm going to the Jura Mountains for a barbecue, so they'll have to wait until Monday.

Ptaki mają się całkiem nieźle, przyleciały od razu gdy tylko mnie zobaczyły. Chyba bardzo się już przyzwyczaiły. Niestety jutro będzie przerwa, ponieważ wybieram się na Jurę na grilla, więc będą musiały zaczekać do poniedziałku.
