Today was different from the other days, it was cloudy. During the morning I received a message on my cell phone where I understood that my glasses had arrived, and to go and get them.
I was so happy, because it had been almost a year since I had the exam and I had no answer since then. So I set out to get ready to go to the address for the delivery of the glasses.
From my house to Sanidad is about eight to ten blocks and since I like to walk. I walked. When I arrived at the information area of the clinic, she told me to go to the information desk to be put on a list.
They asked me for my identification, and went to check, I waited a few minutes, when they told me that the glasses were missing. I told him, they sent me a message and the manager replied that it was an automated message.
I told him that it is not necessary to be sending messages, if there is no existence of what they promise, because one stops doing things to come here. And well, I left sad because there is no hope that it would arrive, I was left wondering where to complain to at least leave a complaint.
I left there, continued walking and saw a nursery, I took the opportunity to ask about a plant I want to have in the house called laurel. They told me that they didn't have it and that there were other plants, but they didn't have the one I needed.

So I kept walking, it started to rain and I had to camp. I waited a while for the rain to pass so I could get home to my family.

Hoy el día estaba diferente con respecto a los demás días, se encontraba nublado. Durante la mañana recibí un mensaje en el celular donde entendí que habían llegado mis lentes, y que fuera a buscarlo.
Me alegré tanto, porque había pasado casi un año desde que me hice el examen y respuesta no tenía desde ese momento. Así que me dispuse a arreglarme para ir a la dirección para la entrega de los lentes.
De mi casa a la Sanidad son como ocho a diez cuadras y cómo me gusta caminar me
fui caminando. Al llegar a la sanidad en el área de información, me dice que pase para que me anoten en un listado.
Me pidieron la identificación, y fueron a revisar, esperé unos minutos, cuando me dieron la noticia de que los lentes no estaban. Yo le digo, es que me mandaron mensaje y el encargado me respondió que era un mensaje automatizado.
Le dije que no hay que estar mandando mensajes, si no hay existencia de lo que prometen, porque uno deja de hacer cosas para venir acá. Y bueno, me fui triste porque no hay esperanzas de que llegara, quede pensando a donde quejarme para dejar al menos un reclamo.
Salí de ahí, seguí caminando y vi un vivero que tiene por nombre Suspire, aproveché la oportunidad para preguntar por una planta que quiero tener en la casa que se llama laurel. Pues me respondieron que no había y que había otras plantas, pero la que yo necesitaba no la tenían.

Ofrencen otros servicios importantes como venta de abono, semillas, desmalezamiento de areas verdes, talleres sobre educación ambiental entre otros. Sin duda la información que recibí la compartiré con mis vecinos.
Así que seguí caminando, comenzó a llover y tuve que acampar. Esperé un rato a que pasara la lluvia para poder llegar a mi hogar junto a mi familia.
