A busy day in Barquisimeto [Eng/Esp]
My day started early, I had already planned what to do the day before. I had to go with my dad to a hospital in the west of the city of Barquisimeto to register for cataract surgery.
I stopped him at about 4 a.m. in the morning so that we could get ready and leave, but he told me that he would not go because he did not sleep due to nasal congestion. In view of that, I took my little girl to school later, and on the way back, I had a nice avocado and hot arepa for breakfast.

We heard that they had given out 400 numbers, but there was no official information about it. And what was said was true, we have to wait for them to be attended to so that more people can be attended to.

Went past the obelisk, the cemetery in the city centre. I came home for lunch, rested for a while and went with my dad to look for an ENT doctor to check his nostrils.

Luego me puse a hacer una bandera para la actividad de mi hija Rogmary a lo que me dice mi papá nuevamente que quiere hacerse el registro para la operación. Al escucharlo decir eso, me fui con él al hospital Rotario, había demasiada gente haciendo cola.

Se escuchaba que habían repartido 400 números, pero no había información oficial al respecto. Y lo que se decía fue verdad, hay que esperar que sean atendidos ellos para atender más personas.
Se informará por las redes sociales el próximo evento, ya con esa información nos fuimos. Ya dentro del carro pasamos por el centro comercial Metrópolis había mucho tráfico.
Se pasó por el obelisco, el cementerio del centro de la ciudad. Llegué a la casa para almorzar, descansé un rato y me fui con mi papá a buscar un médico otorrino que le revisara las fosas nasales.

About melatonin, it regulates the sleep cycle. It is something natural, it is produced by the body itself when the night begins (actually when we turn off the lights). It works very well, although there are a few people for whom it doesn't work. In that case, what I usually advise is to lower the dose. If it's one pill, for example, take half a pill. Sometimes it works.

What you say is true that taking Melatonin doesn't work for some people, my dad has been taking it for two days, my brother told him that if he felt well he should stop taking it. He doesn't suffer from insomnia, but because he has a fistola it causes nasal congestion, this triggers shortness of breath and that's why he doesn't sleep all this happens at night.
