Friday on the Move: Games, Food and More[Eng/Esp]
Today I woke up a little late, so everything was delayed from breakfast, my dad's mouth wash and taking my daughters to the vacation plan. I took care of everything and went with my girls to the activity, only twenty minutes passed without anything new.
At once my daughters joined the dynamics in the playground with the other children, the recreationists made dynamics and games to entertain them. The face painters painted the children's faces, even my daughter Rogsanny's, but it only lasted a few minutes, because she did not like the design on her face.

Then there was dance therapy by the group Friendsdance24 where they followed the instructor's movements to the rhythm of the music... The recreational games were in charge of the Movimiento Sexo Diverso and the Comuna Joven.

And to finish the activity in the morning, they distributed a delicious tizana that I was able to taste several times, and my daughters also ate ice cream.

We went home and I had to go out again to the butcher shop to buy ground beef. I could see that they sell other products there as well such as black beans, a grain that I cook a lot.
Here in the butcher shop the caraotas were already cooked and seasoned just to heat and serve as the sign says. They also had the Cochino lard for frying, sold in 1 and 10 liters respectively.

Since I was little I had heard that frying with this type of fat was not good for your health because it goes to the arteries and now it is good, it creates confusion for me.
Later I went to the Gas Lara headquarters and my husband took me to avoid paying for parking, we decided to leave the car outside, we made sure that the car was parked in the white strip to avoid traffic fines.
I could not solve anything, because the system was down, they suggested I log in again later to see my gas order. With that information we went home to check a few hours later.

Hoy me desperté un poco tarde, así que todo se retrasó desde el desayuno, el lavado bucal de mi papá y llevar a mis hijas al plan vacacional. Me desocupé de todo y me fui con mis niñas a la actividad, solo veinte minutos transcurrieron sin novedad.
De una vez mis hijas se integraron a la dinámica en la cancha con los demás niños, los recreadores hicieron dinámicas, y juegos para entretenerse. Las pintacaritas pintaron las caras de los niños, incluso de mi hija Rogsanny, pero duró solo escasos minutos, porque no le gustó el diseño en su rostro.

Luego hubo bailoterapia a cargo del grupo Friendsdance24 donde siguieron al ritmo de la música los movimientos del instructor… Los juegos recreativos estuvieron a cargo del Movimiento Sexo Diverso y la Comuna Joven.

Y para culminar la actividad por la mañana, repartieron una deliciosa tizana de la que pude degustar varias veces, además mis hijas también comieron helado.

Nos fuimos a casa y tuve que salir nuevamente a la carnicería para comprar carne molida. Pude ver que venden otros productos allí también como las caraotas negras, un grano que lo cocino mucho.
Aqui en la carnicería las caraotas ya estaban cocinadas y aliñadas solo para calentar y servir como dice el letrero. También tenían la manteca de Cochino para freír la vende de 1 y 10 litros respectivamente.

Desde pequeña había escuchado que freír con este tipo de grasa no era bueno para la salud porque se va para las arterias y ahora es bueno, me crea confusión.
Más tarde fui a la sede de Gas Lara y me llevó mi esposo para no pagar estacionamiento, decidimos dejar el carro afuera, estuvimos pendientes de que el carro fuera estacionado en la franja de color blanco para evitar multas por tránsito.
No pude resolver nada, porque el sistema estaba caído, me sugirieron volver a entrar más tarde para ver mi pedido del gas. Ya con esa información nos fuimos a la casa para revisar unas horas después.

Si amiga, años atras supe por mi abuela que vendía caraotas preparadas,dejo de hacer eso, ahora nuevamente veo que otras personas lo hacen, hice muchas cosas, saludos.
Un día muy activo con la actividad de tus niñas, si ahora muchos recomiendan cocinar con este aceite, según es más saludable, una cosa loca verdad jeje, pero todo cambia, ahora debemos cuidarnos más con nuestra alimentación, feliz fin de semana amiga, saludos. 🤗
El ejercicio es fundamental, y la alimentación juega un papel importante, alguien me hizo entender que las compañías de aceite fueron las que crearon esa polémica del aceite animal para que sus ventas no cayeran.
Fue un día bastante movido por lo que veo..saludos 🙂
