A day full of revelations: Seeking connection [Eng/Esp]
Today I woke up early feeling very hopeful. Although I had other plans for the day, I had to change everything because I had to go to CANTV, the telecommunications institution, and report that I didn't have internet access. I finished up at home and walked there, observing the streets as I passed by. My attention was drawn to signs posted to protect the plants.

I felt happy to see those signs encouraging people to take care of the trees that give us shade, air, and beautify our spaces with their flowers. I continued on my way and when I was passing by the Cathedral, I saw something I had never seen before inside the church: it has a space for the ashes of the deceased.

There are 14 honeycomb-shaped walls called parish niches, where families make arrangements with the church to have them placed. They can visit their loved ones in the niche during the established hours, stay for a while, and sit in the seats.

It is worth mentioning that for years churches did not offer parish burial niches, and the dead were buried in the cemetery. With modernity, it is an alternative for those who like the idea.
I continued walking and arrived at CANTV. There was a queue, but the good thing was that I could sit down until it was my turn to speak about not having internet at home. The CANTV employee asked me for my telephone number, the name of the person the telephone line was registered to, and other details.
I told her I had brought it here, and explained that since Monday morning I had had no internet, the router was not sending a signal to mobile phones, and I was solvent and did not understand why I did not have service. She replied that she did not see any service suspension here. She tried another router at her home, but that was not my answer.
She suggested that I do so because the system did not have a problem with the internet. If the router was damaged, I would have to buy a new one and replace it. She told me about the routers that CANTV sells for $35 cash.
He made the report, suggested that I keep an eye on my mobile phone and landline, and I said goodbye and went home. When I arrived, I tried another router and indeed there was internet on the computer, but the mobile phones were disconnected.
So I had to reconfigure the router, and my Internet problem was solved. I didn't have to buy anything, which was the most exciting part. Now I can browse the web, help my daughters with their homework, and much more.

Hoy desperté temprano con mucha esperanza, a pesar de que tenía otros planes para el día de hoy, tuve que cambiar todo, ya que debía ir a CANTV institución de telecomunicaciones e informar que no tenía internet... Me desocupé en casa y me fui caminando, mientras observaba las calles por donde pasaba, me llamó la atención frases colgadas en protección a las plantas.

Me sentí feliz de ver esos letreros para que la gente cuide los árboles que nos dan sombra, aire, nos embellecen los espacios con sus flores. Seguí hacia adelante y cuando iba por la Catedral vi algo que no había visto antes dentro de la iglesia, tiene un espacio para las cenizas de los difuntos.

Son 14 paredes con forma de panel de abeja que reciben el nombre de nichos parroquiales, acá la familia hace las gestiones con la iglesia para tenerlos en ese lugar. Pueden ir a visitar a su ser querido en el nicho en el horario establecido, estar un rato, sentarse en los asientos.

Es oportuno mencionar, que años las iglesias no contaban con el servicio de nichos parroquiales, los muertos eran enterrados en el cementerio. Con la modernidad es una alternativa para el que le guste la idea.
Continúe caminando y llegué a CANTV había cola, pero lo bueno que se hacía sentado hasta que tocó mi turno para hablar que no contaba con internet en casa. La empleada de la empresa de CANTV , me preguntó el número de teléfono, a nombre de quién estaba la línea telefónica, además de otros detalles.
Me dijo que la traía por acá, le expliqué que desde el lunes en la mañana no tenía internet, el router no mandaba señal a los celulares y me encontraba solvente y no entendía el motivo de no tener el servicio. Me respondió por acá no veo suspensión de servicio, Intentó en su casa probar con otro router, no fue mi respuesta.
Me sugirió que lo hiciera porque por sistema no tenía problema con el internet. De estar dañado el router, tenía que comprar uno nuevo y sustituirlo, me hablo de los router que venden CANTV a un precio de 35$ de contado.
Me hizo el reporte, me sugirió estar atenta al celular y el teléfono local, me despedí y me fui para la casa. Al llegar, probé con otro router y efectivamente había internet en la computadora, pero los celulares estaban desvinculados.
Así que tocó configurar nuevamente el router y ya mi problema del Internet se resolvió, no tuve que comprar nada, eso fue lo más emocionante. Ahora puedo navegar, ayudar con las tareas de mis hijas y mucho más.

Que tenía su router? En mi casa constantemente nos quedamos sin internet? Cuál fue el problema?
Se desconfiguro y por deconocimiento estaba sin internet desde el lunes. Tuve quue resetearlo y volvio a la normalidad, pero esto no lo supe antes.
Que bien y que mal no haberse dado cuenta antes, ya sabe para la próxima que la solución es configurar nuevamente. Uyy PERO que bacano que todo esté bien ya súper
