My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2022
Hello, Actifitters!
Temperatures have been pretty low the last few days and today during my morning walk with the dog I caught a cold. When I got home, I decided to exercise early because I had a feeling of what was to come.
A nasty runny nose started...
I took a hot shower, drank some warm tea and ate 2 lemons and a spoonful of honey, felt I had no energy for a moment and fell asleep.
I generally never sleep during the day, only when I'm sick. I slept for a few hours and when I woke up I was as good as new!
I didn't have a runny nose and felt my energy had returned.
Yes! I got over the cold this time.
I got up and went about my chores. Later I went outside again, but this time I was wearing a hoodie. On the way back home I stocked up on lots of veggies and fruit and headed home.
Now my best girlfriend come to visit me, and later in the evening I'll be going out with my pet friends.
