I'm still struggling with my foot but worked into the day reasonably well.
I'm constantly amazed by what I don't see.
This tree is maybe a hundred yards from my home. I've never taken notice.
It is quite breathtaking at the moment.

Good post Mark. the cool thing about actifit is even if you are not getting the amount of activity that you need, it makes us consciously aware of our activity or lack of it. This app helps hold us accountable.

Many, inclusive me, are always in a hurry in life, we miss out on much of the beauty that surrounds us, so many things we miss to notice or see. Thanks for the reminder.

Beautiful tree. It is pretty crazy what we don't notice that is right in front of us all the time. Hope your foot is feeling better and good for you on getting out and fitting in some activity.
