My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2022
In the last few days I have started to take a few more steps and do some jogging again. I've had a really intense two weeks and I've suffered physically and especially mentally. Running recharges me mentally, helps me relieve stress and at the same time makes me physically tired. The point is that when I get home in the evening, I just want to throw myself on the sofa, even though I know this is wrong... that's why I'm going to try harder. What methods do you use to give yourself strength and do something that you know will make you feel better, but that you don't feel like doing at that moment?
