Where will Chelsea look after lifting the penalty!

Chelsea began this season, led by coach Frank Lampard, without buying new players, to use a group of young players who were seconded to other clubs, which contributed to the discovery of new faces.

The International Football Association (FIFA), has imposed the penalty of contract denial for two consecutive transfers on Chelsea, after the latter's excesses in the contract with minor players.

Chelsea got what it wanted, after winning the appeal he had submitted to the Sports Arbitration Court, to reduce the period of suspension from the contracts, and the club becomes able to include new players in the next winter transfer window.

However, the deficiencies in the squad seemed clear during the past matches, and the Chelsea administration realizes that it is urgent to inject new blood into the team through strong deals, if the London club wants to compete for one of the places qualified for the Champions League next season.

Chelsea are also required to seek alternatives for players whose contracts will expire soon, such as French Olivier Giroud and Spain's Pedro Rodriguez.

The quick solution is to spend lavishly, with press reports about a massive budget of 150 million pounds for transfers, especially after the sale of a group of players, most notably Eden Hazard and Alvaro Morata.

Wilfred Zaha (Crystal Palace)

Zaha is one of the brightest stars in the Premier League outside of the big six teams, and Arsenal tried to include him last summer, but Crystal Palace club insisted on not dispensing with him for an amount less than 80 million pounds.

Zaha's current contract expires in 2023, and his coach Roy Hodgson recently stated that he expects his player to stay unless the club gets the required price, but recent press reports have confirmed Chelsea's bid to annex the winger.

Musa Dembele (Lyon)

Chelsea have always expressed interest in French striker Moussa Dembele since he was a Celtic player, and now it seems a good opportunity to lure Lyon to give up his services.

But Chelsea will compete in this context by Manchester United, who has already shown his desire to obtain the services of the French striker.

Jadon Sancho (Borussia Dortmund)

Lampard wants to build his team around a group of young players, and to bring English star Sancho from Dortmund, will support the coach's plans.
