Bieganie w blasku słońca. My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2021

Witam, kolejny bardzo dobry dzień za mną, przez cały czas miałem świetny humor i praca jakoś szybko zleciała :)

Aktywność fizyczną zacząłem około godziny 17:30. Wyszedłem pobiegać, bez określonego celu podróży. Czas podczas wysiłku minął mi naprawdę dobrze, miałem chwilę, aby w ciszy oraz spokoju przemyśleć kilka ważnych spraw.

Gdy byłem na dworze, słońce już zachodziło, a to zawsze jest idealny czas, aby zrobić kilka ładnych zdjęć. Pogoda była niezła, nie było ani za ciepło, ani za zimno.

Na drzewach jest już bardzo mało zielonych liści, jesień jest naprawdę piękna!

Nad jeziorem, ku mojemu zaskoczeniu, spotkałem naprawdę sporo osób.

Udało mi się utrzymać formę, co jak zawsze cieszy :)
