9 DE DICIEMBRE Y EL FESTEJO RIVERPLATENSE DE LA COPA MAS IMPORTANTE DE LA HISTORIA DEL FUTBOL [ESP | ENG].-
El 9 de diciembre DE 2018 se jugó la final de la Copa Libertadores de América entre River plate y Boca Jrs. (nuestro eterno rival).
Today, December 9, those of us who love River Plate are celebrating as we commemorate having won the most important final in the history of club soccer. On December 9, 2018, the final of the Copa Libertadores de América was played between River Plate and Boca Jrs. (our eternal rival).
Esta final por problemas que no cabe mencionar ahora. que debió jugarse en el Estadio MONUMENTAL se termino jugando en el estadio BERNABEU de Madrid.
Obviamente me hubiese gustado que se jugara en mi cancha, aunque esta situación la hizo mas histórica todavía.
This final, due to problems that should have been played at the MONUMENTAL stadium, ended up being played at the BERNABEU stadium in Madrid. Obviously, I would have liked it to be played in my stadium, although this situation made it even more historic.
Fue la primera vez en la historia que se dio esta final y como no podía ser de otra manera la copa quedó en el glorioso CLUB RIVER PLATE.
Comenzamos perdiendo con un gol de Benedetto y así terminó el primer tiempo.

It was the first time in history that this final took place and, as it could not be otherwise, the cup went to the glorious CLUB RIVER PLATE.We started losing with a goal by Benedetto and that is how the first half ended.

Todos los "bosteros" festejaban pero se olvidaban que faltaba aun el segundo tiempo que fue todo para River.
Tras una jugada excelente el "Oso" Pratto empató el partido, minutos después de que no nos cobraran un penal a nuestro favor.
Y así termino el segundo tiempo.

All the "bosteros" were celebrating but they forgot that the second half was still to come and it was all for River. After an excellent play, Bear Pratto tied the game, minutes after we were not charged a penalty in our favor.And that's how the second half ended.

Y se venia el alargue con 2 tiempos de 15 minutos.
Recién comenzado el alargue fue merecidamente expulsado el colombiano Barrios de Boca, lo cual inclinaba un poco la cancha a nuestro favor.
El primer tiempo del alargue continuó con el mismo resultado.
Y al minuto de comenzar el segundo tiempo Quinteros metió un gol increíble que nos puso 2 a 1 a nuestro favor.
Tuvo un par de oportunidades Boca para empatar pero finalmente concluyó con 1 gol mas para River del "Pity" Martinez digno de película.

And it was time for the extension with two 15-minute halves.Just at the beginning of the extension, Boca's Colombian Barrios was deservedly sent off, which tilted the field a little in our favor.
The first half of the extension continued with the same result.And a minute into the second half, Quinteros scored an incredible goal that put us 2 to 1 in our favor.
Boca had a couple of chances to tie but it finally ended with 1 more goal for River from "Pity" Martinez worthy of a movie.

Y el festejo es doble porque ademas MARCELO GALLARDO, que en el post anterior les habia dicho que muy posiblemente se fuera de River, finalmente decidió quedarse.
Asi que hoy 9 de diciembre RIVER PLATE tiene mucho para festejar.
And the celebration is double because MARCELO GALLARDO, who in the previous post had told you that he was very likely to leave River, finally decided to stay.So today December 9th RIVER PLATE has a lot to celebrate.
