Is Scorum finally back? =/= Ist Scorum endlich zurück? ENG-GER

Do you remember Scorum , the blockchain-powered sports blogging site which also offered a platform for commission-free sport bets?

Well, unfortunately, they started off right at the beginning of the 2018 bear market and never saw the attention and success they deserved. However, the people behind the project never gave up and continue to develop their platform, even though Scorum Coin (SCR), the attached cryptocurrency dropped massively in its value. Scorum Coin was eventually unlisted from most exchanged but even that didn't cause the project to die. Originally Scorum is build on a graphene blockchain which was up-to-date at the time of its launch, but the developers have decided to move the project onto a new chain into the Cosmos universe. Last week the new chain was successfully launched and now people are waiting for the start of the bridge to move their Scorum Coins into their new wallets.

The interesting thing about Scorum is, that it is connected to Aviatrix, a NFT and blockchain based crash game with seems to do quite well in the IGaming world. One of the planned steps is to enable users to play Aviatrix with their Scorum Coins, so there soon might be another use-case for this underrated cryptocurrency.

Since Scorum will move into the Cosmos world, they also need a Cosmos wallet to link to and for the beginning they have chosen the Leapwallet, which should connect them into the Web3 realm. Now people are waiting for the listing on Osmosis and for the bridge to bring their Scorum Coins into their new wallets.

Being listed on a DEX should be only the first step to revive Scorum Coins, hopefully there will be some CEX listings in the future as well. The total amount of Scorum Coins is limited to only 30 Million, so I am quite curious what the Osmosis listing will do to the coin price. The world of blockchain projects is full of surprises and I would be more than happy to see Scorum following on one of the success stories.

Igaming and sport betting are quite some powerful markets and hopefully Scorum will be able to take a little share from that market. Moving to a new chain might be just the spark they need to bring some new live into the blogging and betting sites, and to finally get some attention. Right now many people seem to be eagerly waiting for things to happen, so the following days are weeks could be quite interesting.

Die Welt der Blockchain-Projekte ist voller Überraschungen und ich würde mich freuen, wenn Scorum an eine der Erfolgsgeschichten anknüpfen könnte.

Der Wechsel zu einer neuen blockchain könnte genau der Funke sein, den es braucht, um gleichzeitig auch neues Leben in die Blogging- und Sportwetten-Seiten zu bringen und um endlich für etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit zu sorgen. Im Moment scheinen viele Leute sehnsüchtig darauf zu warten, dass es losgeht, daher könnten die nächsten Tage und Wochen recht interessant werden.
