When you get your account there (which will be the same as your Hive account), you can install the app on your smartphone, and get Hive and Afit tokens, just for walking (and logging the walks, as I did here). It won't make you rich overnight, but over the course of several years, walking nearly every day, it has brought in quite some HBD ;-)
Wow I saw the increase of actfit yesterday the percentage was high and I was wondering why I didn't start earlier
