My Actifit Report Card: October 1 2021
Yet another reason why I like to get up early and hike. See the Sun rise slowly light up the sky. The picture does not do the Sunrise justice. It is actually more colorful and brilliant in person.
Getting up and getting out is very important especially if your prone to depression. I find that when depression starts smacking me around that I avoid people.
Just by being around people and reaching out with a good morning or cute dog will do wonders for elevating your mood. To soak up as much sunlight as possible do not wear sunglasses. Yes sunlight is another way to combat depression.
Just don’t over do it and get sunburned. That is why I set this challenge for 90 days as I’ve never gone 90 days with out becoming depressed for a period of time.
