Spike has it right today. I just want to curl up in a dark hole. Doing the simplest things seem like too much work. I very almost missed my walk yes it was crazy hot.

Then it hit me I have not listened to or read anything motivational since Thursday. No wonder I’m feeling down in the dumps.

Motivation is like your body it must be fed multiple times a day everyday. I figured out my malfunction before going back into hiding. This has been a crazy week, wonder what next week brings.
