My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2021

This Monday morning I’m back on track and everything is awesome. The Sunset was really cool this morning a lot of purple.

After the walk I weighed myself as this is my 14th consecutive day of exercise, and so far I have lost 16 pounds.

The interesting thing is I did not alter my diet or eating habits in any way. Just daily exercise and boom the weight is coming off.

Hoping to inspire others to do the same thing, do they can enjoy similar results.
