My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2021
I did my workout yesterday but failed to file my ActiFit report. I will try to get it caught up today and stay caught up. I sincerely appreciate your business.
My overall goal is not weight loss or that perfect beach body. My goal is simply to live a healthy lifestyle. This sounds very simple and common sense, but my parents had no clue about healthy lifestyles. Therefore what I thought was healthy was just youth.
I love working out, out doors, but hate doing anything in the rain 🌧 As you can see in the above image it was about to rain any minute.
Imagine my surprise when I completed my workout with out any rain. That was my big adventure yesterday.
Btw I had no idea that I could see my ActiFit reports and respond to comments on PeakD. So if you commented previously you will see my responding comments in the next couple of days 👍
