Que onda hivers y 3speakers!

El sábado comenzamos una nueva liga en la hermosa ciudad de guadalajara de mi deporte favorito el Voleibol

El video tiene 2 partes que son cruciales en el juego el calentamiento y el 1er set!

El calentamiento comienza justo después del saludo inicial donde mostramos respeto entre los equipos y nos
deseamos la mejor de las suertes!

El acomodador se encuentra a mitad de cancha, las bandas o atacantes lanzan el balón hasta el acomodador
este golpea para también calentar la parte de recepción y proceden con un ataque desde la banda o mejor
conocida como bola 4 la cual tiene variaciones y se las explicaré en otros videos.

En el segundo 53 podrán ver mi pobre actuación atacando por el centro una bola metro, normalmente en
esta posición juegan los más altos o los que tienen mejor control de bloqueo, para evitar que el equipo rival
estampe un golpe a cualquier lado de la cancha.

Me gusta ver mis ataques en video porque de esta manera me puedo dar cuenta de lo que realizo mal al
efectuar un remate y mejorar para el siguiente partido!

En el minuto 2 tomo la bola y me voy a rematar por banda solicitando una bola semi, esto significa que no debe
ser tan alto el acomodo para entrar más rápido al ataque!
Con una buena recepción el acomodador me sube una buena pelota y se escucha en el remate el buen contacto
ingresando el remate el fondo de la cancha, recuerden seguimos calentando!
Procedo a ayudarle al acomodador a dar pase para que mis compañeros se enfoquen en rematar.
Esto también me sirve para darme cuenta de mi postura a la hora de dar pase y hacer los ajustes necesarios.

En el minuto 3:46 el acomodador me pide acomodarle y le entrego una bola alta en la banda opuesta, lugar por donde en las grandes ligas atacan los jugadores más experimentados o de gran alcance.

El primer set lo jugue desde la banca, corrigiendo al equipo, dandoles animos e indicaciones de que pueden mejorar.

Nos llevamos el primer set 25 a 15 puntos, lo que nos dió muchisima confianza! para entrar al segundo set,
lamentablemente el partido se pauso por el clima, comenzo un gran diluvio y tuvimos que esperar para jugar el siguiente.
