That's completely true. I guess got himself a good deal. But, won't Conte consider him to be disloyal? Stellini got to Spurs because of him, I guess.

Really when you think about it, it was Conte’s rant that would have cost Stellini and several of the other staff their jobs and while I’ve no doubt the assistants are all well paid professionals, they won’t be on nearly as high a wage as the manager plus they’ll want to maximise their income. It would be disloyal of Conte to hold it against any of his back room staff for wanting to work
You are absolutely on point. His rant could've got those dudes jobless if they weren't offered a lifeline via Stellini.
In all sincerity, we all know Conte is such an explosive dude. This is exactly the reason why Man United were sceptical about offering him a job. That decision to overlook him seems bad when he guided Spurs to the Champions League last year. Now, considering where both teams are at present, the decision looks like a masterstroke.
