Wow! What a day! I started early and did a little ab workout before my son went to school, and then I went to the gym. Had a really good session. Hitting my chest and triceps. Got home and had a few hard boiled eggs and blueberries. I had a handful of macadamia nuts too. Had a clean my room in the house a bit, and of course I watch some of my crypto videos. Now all there is, it's time to relax! See you next time…
