Inciamos nuestro entrenamiento con los dos primeros kilometros de calentamiento luego apretamos un poco mas, como veniamos de descanso, estabamos con mas energia. Fue un entrenamiento com ritmo un poco a tempo, saliendo un poco de zona 2. Me senti bien, ya si en el ultimo kilometrom como es subida me costo un poco mas y subi el tiempo, sentia mis piernitas ya un poco tensas. Gracais a Dios culmine satisfactoriamente el entrenamiento de este dia. Durante mi entrenamiento estoy implementando un plan de hidratacion, ya que siento que el que venia trayendo no me estaba ayudando mucho, hoy me fue mejor con el plan de hidratacion que estoy adapatando a mi organismo. Y bueno preprarandome para el dia de maΓ±ana a las series. π°π°π
Y bueno seguimos con nuestros entrenamientos. Hasta pronto.

Monday, after a well-deserved rest, it is very important to rest and sleep well as it is vital for performing well in our training sessions. Today, Monday, I started my training very early. I got up early, had a light snack, and went with my husband to train. Thank God the weather was very pleasant, as it has been colder these last few days. For today's run, we chose a very good route, which is the one proposed for a race in my little town in December. Since we left early, we chose this route because it goes through the centre of town, and at this time of day there isn't much traffic or street vendors. One day we did the route in the afternoon and had to dodge cars. Thankfully, today the main avenue was empty and very pleasant.
We started our training with the first two kilometres of warm-up, then we pushed a little harder, as we were coming off a break, we had more energy. It was a training session with a slightly faster pace, going a little outside zone 2. I felt good, although in the last kilometre, as it was uphill, it was a little harder and I slowed down a bit, my legs were already feeling a little tense. Thank God I successfully completed today's training session. During my training, I am implementing a hydration plan, as I feel that the one I was following before was not helping me much. Today went better with the hydration plan that I am adapting to my body. And well, I am preparing for tomorrow's series. π°π°π---And so we continue with our training. See you soon.
