5 k más pliometría y trabajo de fuerza.

5k plus plyometrics and strength training
Monday, the start of the week, with favourable weather conditions and a positive attitude, I began my training week with a combined routine. For today's training, I started with a short active warm-up, then continued with a short 5k jog at a moderate pace. I felt great because I had just come off a complete rest, which is necessary to make progress and for training to have an effect on our performance. Rest is also part of training. I felt comfortable with the pace I maintained during the 5k. The terrain was in optimal condition, with short grass and dry ground. Few clubs were training, so there was more freedom to jog without having to dodge balls.

After completing the 5k, I hydrated and did some plyometric and strength exercises. The plyometric exercises I did were frog jumps, which is a really fun exercise because we look like frogs ourselves. It's a very good exercise for the quadriceps, and after 6 jumps in a row, you can feel the weight of the effort. I did 4 sets of 10 jumps, and I felt good doing the plyometric exercises on this terrain, as the impact when jumping is less on the feet and the landing is softer because it is cushioned by the grass. I worked for a while on the stadium steps to build strength in my legs by going up and down the steps. These exercises help us improve our performance.

I finished my training for the day feeling very happy.
Y aqui sigo disfrutando de lo que tanto me gusta, mantenerme activa fisica y mentalmente.
And here I am, still enjoying what I love so much, to keep myself physically and mentally active.
Hasta la próxima amigos.
See you next time friends.
