Cuando nos marcaron 4 kilometros, paramos nos tomamos unas capturas fotograficas, nos hidratamos con agua de coco el mejor de los hidratantes, sobre todo para esta temporada de tan altas temperaturas. Estaba bien ransitada la avenida, muchas personas activas ejercitandose, ya sea caminando, trotando, en unas maquinas que estan en la avenida. El ritmo promedio de mi entrenamiento estuvo en 6:55 min/km con una frecuencia promedio de 13 ppm, me senti muy bien cuando me mentego en la zona que corresponde a cada entrenamiento, trabajando de esta forma diversas intensidades de frecuencia cardiaca. Extrañaba muchisimo estos espectaculares paisajes que contemplo en mis rutinas de entrenamiento junto al mar. Seguimos activos con los entrenamientos. 💕💕🏃🏽♀️➡️

Wednesday. Today was a running day. Thank goodness my husband was there, so I was able to get the most out of my workout—on my favorite route along the beach and with the best company: my husband. We were up early; after having a cup of coffee, we left the house at 5:40 a.m. The sky was already bright, and the weather promised to be very hot, since not even a breeze was blowing. The leaves on the trees were as if frozen in place—they didn’t move at all—and my body temperature was already starting to rise during the first few kilometers. Thank God, when we reached the avenue bordering the beach, it started to feel cooler due to the proximity to the sea. The scheduled workout for this day was in Zone 2, 8.5 kilometers. Thank God we completed it. Since my husband hadn’t trained for several days, we kept the same pace, and this allowed us to stay in Zone 2, as we were running comfortably.
When we reached the 4-kilometer mark, we stopped to take some photos and hydrate with coconut water—the best hydration drink, especially during this season of such high temperatures. The avenue was quite busy, with many active people exercising—whether walking, jogging, or using the machines set up along the avenue. My average pace for this workout was 6:55 min/km with an average heart rate of 130 bpm. I felt great staying within the target zone for each workout, working at different heart rate intensities. I really missed these spectacular views that I enjoy during my training runs by the sea. We’re staying active with our workouts. 💕💕🏃🏽♀️➡️
