Para este entrenamiento elegimos la ruta clasica, y perferida, la de llegar a la avenida, donde esta mi hermoso mar, y devolvernos donde marcara 5K, esta ruta es la mejor del mundo, hermosa, comoda, y mas segura que otras rutas.

Me senti super manteniendo ritmos en mi zona 2 de hasta 5:45 - 5:47, si que estan haciendo efecto las velocidades ya que mantengo ritmos mas bajos por mas tiempo, bueno si que me quedo sorprendida cuando las escucho. Fue un buen tiempo buen ritmo para este entrenamiento, ademas que con la bendicion de disfrutar de un hermosos amancer, llegar a la avenida y contemplar tanta belleza me hace sentir muy bendecida. Y seguimos con los entrenamiento rumbo a los 10 K, con el equipo de HIVERUN.
