In about a month I will be with my husband participating in a 10K race, although we are constantly active, when we go to a race and when we are close we adapt the training to the race, this way we go in conditions, without being in overtraining.

El dia lunes iniciamos con ejercicios de estiramiento, relajacion, fuerza, de esta forma disminuimos los riesgos de lesion, y ayudamos a que todas las articulaciones esten en movimiento. Hoy paramos de correr e hicimos ejercicios en casa, cada quien adapta su rutina de acuerdo a sus necesidades y enfoque, mi rutina comenzo con ejercicios de calentamiento, estiramiento, moviendo la cabeza de un lado al otro, los hombros las manos, algunas postura de yoga que son muy buenas para estirarnos, y mejorar la flexibilidad, como la postura 4 donde hacemos el ejercicio del gato, y la vaca,segui con la postura del perro boca abajo unas postura que es muy buena para fortalecer y estirarnos .

Today we stopped running and did exercises at home, everyone adapts their routine according to their needs and focus, my routine started with warm up exercises, stretching, moving the head from one side to the other, shoulders and hands, some yoga postures that are very good for stretching and improving flexibility, like posture 4 where we do the exercise of the cat, and the cow, followed with the posture of the dog face down, a posture that is very good for strengthening and stretching.Luego de estirarme un poco y trabajar la flexibilidad que si que es muy buena ya que se siente uno super relajado al estirarnos al maximo en cada postura, realice algunas sentadillas, y culmine con un poco de cardio, con algunos salticos de cuerda, que es una actividad muy divertidad, me encanta porque mi hija nos ve y tambien se anima hacer ejercicios. Muy importante queridos runners, seguir un plan de entrenamiento ya que esto nos ayuda con la disciplina, a enfiocarnos, disminuir las lesiones, y mejorar nuestro desempeño.
After stretching a bit and working on flexibility, which is really good because you feel super relaxed when you stretch to the max in every posture, I did some squats, and finished with a bit of cardio, with some jumping rope, which is a very fun activity, I love it because my daughter sees us and is also encouraged to do exercises. Dear runners, it is very important to follow a training plan as this helps us with discipline, focus, reduce injuries, and improve our performance.
