Cambiamos los Martes de velocidad por los Lunes de velocidad en esta semana, ya que este dia el estadium esta mas desocupados, no hay tantos clubs practicando asi no estamos tan pendientes de una pelota perdiada jejeje, bueno y ademas que descansamos el dia Domingo, por lo que nos sentiamos bien para iniciar con velocidades este dia. Aun con el sol bien activo y eso que ya eran casi las 5:30 pm, nos fuimos al estadium con la bendicion que l tenemos bien cerquita de casa. Al llegar al estadium estaban unos pocos chiso, y niños practicando es el dia mas libre de la semana en las tardes. Las condiciones estaban ideales para inciar con en entrenamiento tortura las velocidades, que hoy no fue tan tortura, jejeje.

Even with the sun still active and it was almost 5:30 pm, we went to the stadium with the blessing that we have it very close to home. When we arrived at the stadium there were a few kids and children practising, it was the free day of the week in the afternoons. The conditions were ideal to start with the speed torture training, which today was not so much torture, hehehehe.

Inicie con un calentamiento de 2 Km en zona dos, los kilometros ideales para calentar para mi e inicar con el ciclo de velocidades. Inicie mi ciclo de velocidades comence esta semana con series de 400 mts, y descanso de 35 segundos, las 10 series estuviero distribuidas asi:5:01, 4:51, 5:00, 4:57, 4:37, 4:46, 5:02, 4:51, 5:18, y 5:06, bueno se puede decir que tuvieron un ligero avance, y ademas me senti un poco mejor a estos ritmos, el ritmo mas bajo que hice de 4:37, fue porque lo hice tratando de lacanzar a mi esposo pero que va me esforce, pero no le llegue jejeje, pero si senti lo que se dice cuando uno llega al umbral, revuelto algo el estomago, bien entonces.

Al terminar las series realice un kilometro de recuperacion, agrdecida por este dia de velocidades que a la final ni fue tan tortura jejeje. Y seguimos preprarandonos para nuestro proximo reto junto a HIVERUN.
