Un entrenamiento que me parecia facil, me dije ah no apenas 50 mts, esto esta mantequilla, pero no fue asi, ya les cuento. Dia jueves, dia feriado en mi pais, y por esta razon nos fuimos a entrenar en la mañana un dia jueves, como era un dia de descanso laboral, no fuimos tan temprano a entrenar, a llegar al estadio, nos encontramos que estaba cerrado esperamos unos minutos, y llegaron los encargados, se aperturo el estadio, y que felicidad lo teniamos para nosotros solos, me encanta tener el estadio asi solito para mi jejeje, no tengo que estar pendiente de pelotas, balones que me vayan a tocar. Y con las condiciones a favor inice mi entrenamiento en este dia, hoy nos tocaba velocidades cortas de 50 mts con 350 mts de recuperacion, nunca antes habia hecho este jercicio asi.Inicie con dos vueltas al estadio de calentamiento. Mracamos loa 50 mts en una zona recta del estadio, e iniciamos los ejercicios.
A training session that seemed easy to me, I said to myself, ‘Oh, it's only 50 metres, this is a piece of cake,’ but it wasn't like that, as I'll explain. Thursday is a public holiday in my country, so we went to train in the morning. As it was a day off work, we didn't go to train very early. When we arrived at the stadium, we found that it was closed. We waited a few minutes, and then the managers arrived and opened the stadium. We were so happy to have it all to ourselves. I love having the stadium all to myself, hehehe, I don't have to worry about balls hitting me. With the conditions in my favour, I started my training for the day. Today we had to do short sprints of 50 metres with 350 metres of recovery. I had never done this exercise before. I started with two warm-up laps around the stadium. We marked out the 50 metres on a straight section of the stadium and began the exercises.

En total teniamos que hacer 12 series de 50 mts por 320 mts de recuperacion, un trabajo que parecia facil porque apenas eran 50 mts en umbral, pero si que ya en la vuelta 9 comenzaba a pesar, como en los 50 mts se trabaja full velocidad siempre pega, pocos metros pero mas bajas velocidades, nunca antes reconocidas por el cuerpo. Un entrenamiento muy bueno el realizado en este dia, pense que no iba a llegar pero me dije, no voy a completar las 12 vueltas porque sino lo hago despues ando con lamentaciones jejeje.Y de esta manera comence mi dia feriado con un excelente entrenamiento.
