Dia 16. Largo de la semana entre montañas y mar.

Dia sabado, dia del largo de la semana, para hoy la propuesta fueron 15K dando una vuelta completa a la ciudad, comenzando con unas cuesticas, entre las montañas, culminando los ultimos metros bordeando toda la costa. Nos alistamos temprano, antes de salir comi un cambur, y tome un poquito de cafe, combinacion que uso religiosamente para mis largos. Y por supuesto mi respectiva hidratacion que esa nunca me falta, ya que sino me entra la desesperacion por el agua.Iniciamos a las 6 am nuestro recorrido, un clima agradable nos acompaño con algo de humedad, porque a penas llevaba dos kilometros y habia trasnpirado muchisimo.

Esta ruta los primeros 5 kilometros son subidas, el kilometro 3 y 4 son los mas fuerte de esta ruta, pero si que son buenos, al marcar el kilometro 5, paramos unos minutos arav tomarnos unas lindas capturas fotograficas, yo me hidrate e iniciamos el descenso, la recompensa, sabrosa que son las bajadas, ya al kilometro 8 se inicia unos dos kilometros de rectas, hasta llegar al kilometro 10 que se encuentra el mar, de alli fui distrayendo con mi bello mar, porque les cuento que las piernas estaban bien pesdas, hoy el entrenamiento estuvo pesado para mis piernitas.Gracias a Dios lleve buena hidratacion, asi me distraia, y controlaba la mente para no parar. En mi ruta disfrute de unos ricos datiles que he escuchado que son muy energeticos, y si que me fue bien con estos datiles, me encantaron como snack en las rutas largas.
