Dia Miercoles. Hoy toco volver a madrugar, para realizar el entrenamiento. Las responsabilidades de padres en horas de la tarde, en este dia nos volvieron hacer levantarnos temprano. Hoy tocaba descarga, despues del dia de velocidades. Ya a 15 minutos para las 5 estaba activa, tome un poco de cafe y aun algo oscuro me fui con mi esposo a realizar nuestro entrenamiento del dia, gracais a Dios el clima estaba bien fresco. Comence mi primer kilometro con algo de pesadez en las piernas, siempre es algo fuerte realizar ejercicios tan temprano, pero a medida que avanzaba, ya el cuerpo entrando en calor me senti mas activa.
Wednesday. Today we had to get up early again for training. The responsibilities of parents in the afternoon, in this day we had to get up early again. Today it was time to unload after the speed day. Already at 15 minutes to 5 o'clock I was active, I took some coffee and still a little dark I went with my husband to make our training of the day, thank God the weather was cool. I started my first kilometre with some heaviness in my legs, it's always hard to exercise so early in the morning, but as I went on, my body was warming up and I felt more active.
Mantuve un ritmo promedio constante entre 6:31 min/km, de regreso a casa, paramos en el monumento a la virgen que esta en esta ruta, hermoso lugar icono de la ciudad. Me hidrate un poco, y continue junto a mi esposo de retorno a casa. Rapidamente nos laistamos, preparamos desayuno y nos fuimos a trabajar, y asi nos toca es fuerte salir a entrenar tan temprano, pero si que se queda uno super activo el resto del dia, todo como que fluye de mejor forma, y si que rinde uno mas, se vuelve mas productivo.

I hydrated a bit, and continued with my husband back home. We quickly washed up, prepared breakfast and went to work, and so it's hard to go out to train so early, but you stay super active the rest of the day, everything flows better, and you perform better, you become more productive.
