Dia 26. Estrenando camisa del team!!!

Dia sabado. Hoy toco entrenamiento largo, pero en vista de que estamos cerca de la carrera, el largo estuvo mas corto y a ritmo de confort. Hoy salimos como un equipo bien fortalecido mi esposo y yo a realizar nuestro entrenamiento, ya que tenemos uniformes nuevos, nos llegaron nuestra camisas de la comunidad, hermosas camisas color naranja, me encanto el color, y por su pouesto al tener nuestras camisas no podiamos dejar de salir con ellas, y ver que tal nos sentiamos, y por su puesto tomarnos lindas capturas fotograficas en el mejor escenario del mundo, la hermosa costa de mi pueblo.
Saturday. Today was a long training day, but since we are close to the race, the long run was shorter and at a comfortable pace. Today, my husband and I set out as a strong team to do our training. since we have new uniforms. We received our community shirts, beautiful orange shirts. I loved the colour, and of course, now that we have our shirts, we couldn't help but go out wearing them to see how they felt, and of course, take some nice photos in the best setting in the world, the beautiful coast of my town.
Salimos a las 6 de la mañana hacer nuestro entrenamiento, gracias a Dios habia buen clima, porque si que han estado lluvioso los dias. Un ritmo constante, con pausas en el camino marco mi largo de este fin de semana. Me senti bien comoda con la franela, ademas que se siente super cuando vamos en equipo y todo vamos iguales con la camisa, llama mucho la atencion del publico, asi ibamos mi esposo y yo, uniformados. Hoy transpire muchisimo, porque a pesar del buen clima habia mucha humedad gracias a Dios me lleve mi hidratacion. Y asi inicie mi fin de semana con la mejor actitud, y bien activa, despues de realizar actividades deportivas, es maravilloso lo bien que pasamos el resto del dia.
We left at 6 in the morning to do our training. Thank God the weather was good, because it had been raining for days. A steady pace, with breaks along the way, marked my long run this weekend. I felt very comfortable in my shirt, and it feels great when we go as a team and we all wear the same shirt. It really catches the public's attention, so my husband and I went in uniform. Today I sweated a lot because, despite the good weather, it was very humid. Thankfully, I brought my water with me. And so I started my weekend with the best attitude and very active. After doing sports activities, it's wonderful how well we spend the rest of the day.
