Dia 31. 5K, y escaleras para iniciar la semana, rumbo al Caracas Rock 2025.

Dia Lunes, y con buen clima comenzamos la semana de entrenamiento con 5K y un poco de ejercicios en las escaleras. Para el entrenamiento de hoy lunes fuimos al estadio, sentia algo de pesadez en las piernas y queria algo de gramita, dar vueltas y vueltas en la tranquilidad del estadio, sin estar pedientes de carro. Hoy me quede sorprendida habian ya varios corredores en el mismo plan dando vueltas y vueltas. Pronto se acerca la carrera que estamos organizando en honor a la patrona de mi pueblo santa rosa de lima y sabemos que la ultima semana es pura descarga, en esta ocasion estaremos como parte del comite organizador.Inicie mi entrenamiento el dia de hoy con un primer kilometro si que me costo, luego bueno al agarrar temperaturas los pies iban solito agarrando velocidad, escuchaba el ritmo en strava y me quedaba sorprendida por como sin sentirlo iba bajando el ritmo.
t's Monday, and with good weather, we started the week of training with a 5K and some stair exercises. For today's training, we went to the stadium. My legs felt a little heavy, and I wanted some grass, to run around and around in the tranquillity of the stadium, without having to worry about cars. Today, I was surprised to see that there were already several runners doing the same thing, running around and around. The race we are organising in honour of the patron saint of my town, Santa Rosa de Lima, is coming up soon, and we know that the last week is pure relaxation. This time, we will be part of the organising committee. I started my training today with a first kilometre that was really hard, but then, as my feet warmed up, they started to pick up speed on their own. I listened to the pace on Strava and was surprised at how I was slowing down without even noticing.
El ultimo kilometro de los 5K , aprete un poco mas, y asi hacer un entrenamiento combinado. Al terminar mis 5K, me fui a las escaleras hacer algo de potencia, comence a subir y bajar escalreas, que son altos los escalones, y creo que hasta transpire mas que haciendo los 5K, ya que el esfuerzo era mayor, estuve realizando aproximadamente 15 minutos esta serie, termine con un poco de estiramiento, una buena rutina para comenzar la semana, y seguimos preparandonos.
The last kilometre of the 5K, I pushed a little harder, and thus did a combined workout. After finishing my 5K, I went to the stairs to do some strength training. I started going up and down the stairs, which are quite high, and I think I even sweated more than I did during the 5K, as the effort was greater. I did this series for about 15 minutes, finished with some stretching, a good routine to start the week, and we continue to prepare.
