Inicie la segunda serie de 1500 mts, gracais a Dios strava si me marco el resgitro los primeros 1000 mts estuvieron a un ritmo de 5:07 min/ km, y los siguientes 500 mts en 5:02 min/km,, velocidades en los rango para mis tiempos. Al terminar las series trote unos kilometros en zona de recuperacion.
