Dia Jueves, hoy toco series, bueno dia de entrenamiento no tan atractivo pero necesario. Hoy entrene junto a mi esposo en la mañana, dia feriado asi que aprovechamos las primeras horas del dia para hacer nuestro entrenamiento, y disfrutar del estadium para nosotros solitos, esto si que es una maravilla, ya que podemos trtar sin estar esquivando personas, o pendientes de las pelotas perdidas. Con un clima bien agradable y las energias positivas iniciamos nuestro entrenamiento. Mi esposo y yo a pesar que llegamos junto a los entrenamientos cada quien tiene planteado el propio ya que cada uno maneja ritmos diferentes, y no nos pdoemos adaptar al del otro porque no avanzamos, ademas que luego salimos discutiendo que por acompañarme lo hizo mas lento, o yo por que no se retrase me esfuerzo mucho y me agoto muy rapiro, asi que llegamos al acuerdo tenemos los mismos entrenamientos pero con diferentes estrategias.

Calente 2 km trotando en zona 2, ya que tocaba series largas y debia estar bien activa. Yo realice dos series de 1500 mts, series que son realmente fuerte, porque mantener por este kilometraje un ritmo en zona 4 es muy retador, lamentablemente no pude llevar el registro excato en strava de los primeros 1500 mts, no se que paso, y se quedo parado, bueno como antes ya he realizado estas series en estadium conte las vueltas. Despues de realizar la primera serie, tome un reposo de 3 minutos. Inicie la segunda serie de 1500 mts, gracais a Dios strava si me marco el resgitro los primeros 1000 mts estuvieron a un ritmo de 5:07 min/ km, y los siguientes 500 mts en 5:02 min/km,, velocidades en los rango para mis tiempos. Al terminar las series trote unos kilometros en zona de recuperacion.

Entrenamiento superado de series de 1500mts, garcais a Dios, mi esposo realice series de 1000 mts, mas cantidad, nos encontramos en el estadium con otro amigo corredor que estaba practicando spring cortos. Si que inicamos este dia bien activos. Llegue a casa super feliz de mi entrenamiento de este dia.Y continuamos los entrenamientos rumbo a nuestra proxima carrera, siendo parte del equipo de HIVERUN

Cada uno tiene su ritmo y si se está dispuesto ayudar al otro hay que menguar. La idea es conversarlo y sobrellevar las cosas para que no haya diferencias. Pero lo mejor de estás diferencias es la reconciliación que viene luego. Jejeje
